  Всех и вся, кого я вольно или невольно обидел словом, мыслью, действием или бездействием, на кого         обижался или стремился перекроить под своё мировоззрение, кого критиковал, унижал словом, мыслью,     делом. 
  А также обманывал, обманывался, кому завидовал, льстил, игнорировал, притеснял, в чью личную жизнь   вмешивался, навязывал своё мнение, давил авторитетом личности, за чей счёт утверждался, кого судил     или причинил какой-либо другой вред,
  Я от всего сердца прощаю и, одновременно, прошу прощения!В свою очередь я прощаю всех людей,         существ и сущностей, причинивший мне вольный или невольный вред, а также прошу простить меня за     все мои негармоничные действия или бездействие и нанесённый мною ущерб (душевный, духовный,           материальный) - как в этой жизни, так и прошлых воплощениях. 
   Господи Я прошу Тебя направь высвобождающуюся энергию осознания на моё дальнейшее развитие,         преодоление неведения, возрождение души, восхождение в духе, преобразование негативных черт             характера, а также на гармоничное развитие всех существ во Вселенной.
  Все и всех, кого и что я не понимаю, не осознаю, не воспринимаю, не чувствую, не вижу, не слышу, не     обоняю, не ощущаю, я прощаю и одновременно прошу простить меня, если я их не вижу, не слышу, не     осознаю, не воспринимаю, не обоняю, не чувствую. 
  Прошу простить меня через Бога, как в этой, так и предшествующих жизнях. Все высвобождающиеся         энергии я направляю на погашение негативных последствий, вызванных моими несовершенствами. 
  Всех людей, существ, божеств, духов, стихийные силы, сущностей, кому я не угодил, не оправдал               ожиданий, надежд, не соответствовал их представлениям о жизни, по отношению к кому не выполнил       своих клятв, обещаний (реальных и воображаемых), кому мешал (вольно или не вольно), переходил           дорогу, навязывал свою волю, унижал своим существованием, присутствием, словами, делами,                   помыслами, бездействием, в ком вызывал раздражение, страдание, ненависть, опасение, зависть,             огорчение, страх, желание физической и мистической расправы,
  Я всех прощаю!
  Я прощаю всех от всей души, всем сердцем, сознанием тела, разумом, в своих мыслях, чувствах, эмоциях,   памяти –
  Я всех прощаю!
  Я отменяю все разрушительные команды, программы, коды, установки, идеализации, проявленные, по       отношению ко мне или мною к другим существам в моём прошлом. Одновременно я прощаю всех людей,     существ, божеств, духов, сущностей, стихийные силы, причинивших и причиняющих мне ущерб - как в       этой, так и прошлых воплощениях. 
  Я разрешаю всем людям, существам, сущностям, божествам, духам, стихийным силам быть такими, какие   они есть; разрешаю быть непохожими на меня; даю им право на ошибки и несовершенства. 
  Я прощаю и одновременно, разрешаю им жить, любить, страдать, падать, подниматься, продвигаться,         радоваться, искать, находить, сомневаться, наслаждаться, торжествовать, смеяться.

  Всех людей, существ, божеств, духов, сущностей, стихийные силы, которых я не понимаю, не принимаю,     осуждаю, кому завидую, от кого защищаюсь, от кого ожидаю благодарности, любви, признания,               уважения, преданности, восхищения, общения, прощения, сострадания,
    Я всех прощаю!
  Я прощаю всех всем сердцем, душою, разумом, сознанием, всеми телами, конструкциями, построениями,     духовным сердцем. Прощаю как в этой, так и предшествующих жизнях. 
  Я отдаю (возвращаю) им духовный свет, частичку своей судьбы, любви, радости, жизненных энергий на     погашение причинённого мною вреда и преобразование негативных последствий.

Prayer for deliverance.
